BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. 24-hour cancellation is required. If canceled within 24-hours, your deposit is transferable. **I will honor a one-time rescheduling of your appointment. If the same appointment has to be rescheduled more than once, a $30 move fee will be incurred, each time. **Same day cancellation, 100% deposit is forfeited, cancellation fee. **No call, No Show, 100% deposit is forfeited. **LATE FEES - a late fee of $15, will be assessed, if you are 15 minutes or more late, only the remaining time of your service will be provided or cancelled. It is up to the discretion of your provider on the day of your service. If you have waxing service(s); the longest service will be canceled. We make every effort to accommodate, however, I would appreciate, the courtesy of timely notification of tardiness or cancellation of your or appointment(s).
